Returns can be made within 14 days of postmarked delivery for a full refund or store credit. All items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with original tags attached. This includes being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. 

The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. Customers who choose a refund via store credit will have return shipping costs waived. K10 is not responsible for any lost returns.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of postmarked delivery so we can assist.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be issued via the method requested. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
